Refund and Returns Policy

Thanks for shopping at PIKLE.

Please note these are prints only – Frame not included; Prints may slightly differ from the digital representation on our website.

If on receiving your order you are not happy with your purchase because we have delivered the wrong product or a faulty product, please email info@nullpikle.co.za with a picture of the print. We will investigate the matter as we and our suppliers pride ourselves on our attention to detail but sometimes we get things wrong. If we have delivered an incorrect or faulty item to you, we will arrange to collect and replace or refund the item, at our cost, as quickly as possible.
Please note that once a purchase is made, if the product is not damaged or faulty we do not allow returns of prints.
